Julia Got Past The Weight Loss Plateau & Is Thriving

After running a successful photography agency in London for many years...
She decided it was time to swap the long and busy hours for more time to focus on herself.
Although she had been reasonably successful at losing weight...
She had reached a plateau.
Not only that, after the year we all had, Julia felt it was even more vital to now fully focus on her fitness and health.
 
.... and that's when she found us....

"I was able to keep consistent over lockdown with their zoom classes. They were amazing"
 
She had always tried gyms and had "flurries" of getting really into it, but after a while felt her motivation dipped - with the little accountability and support they provide.

After much consistency, Julia is now enjoying our higher intensity boxing sessions...
Not only that her posture, fitness and mobility have all drastically improved.
 
She did it.... she's doing it... and she's loving it...
