The Kaizen Review is an individual review of your strength, fitness and body composition.
It is on a first come first served basis (so we won’t be taking bookings) between 7am and 11am and will take 20 minutes.

Whether you're an avid skier or are more like Bambi on ice, don't worry though!
This workshop is primarily aimed at teaching you invaluable tips on perfecting your general training techniques that you will be able to bring to EVERY session!
The big box impersonal gyms leave you feeling awkward, and lacking motivation to lose weight and get fit.
The DVCC is for men and women who want to lose weight, get fit but don't want to do it in a normal big box gym.
We know it's important. We just don't know where to start.
