Come along to The DVCC Coffee Morning - bring your friends, family and your best baking (or buying) skills too!

You don’t need to be training beforehand to join the fun, there will be plenty of coffee and goodies to try, come join the fun!

DVCC Kettlebell Workshop

Important health and safety considerations including contraindications

Education of the benefits of kettlebell exercises

Instruction and practice of many kettlebell exercises including swings, cleans, jerks, presses, Turkish get-up and windmill
