When we meet you for the first time (no matter what trial program you are on), we will see where you are in your fitness journey, where you want to get to, and design a program to help you get there.
During your trial you will be able to do any training type, and the number of sessions you do will be dictated to by your availability, but more importantly what we feel is best to achieve your goals (most clients do 2/3 sessions a week).
