How Gary Overcome Injuries & Turned A Corner 💪🏼

A car crash at work, and later breaking his collarbone when cycling...
Gary knew these injuries were having an affect on his wellbeing.
Although he recovered and is now enjoying retirement, he didn't realise just how exactly these injuries had affected his ability, range of motion and physical wellbeing.
But he did know that he was ready to take the control back!💪🏼
....
After years of serving the public, he knew it was time to focus on himself and his wellbeing.
"I'm doing the things that I didn't have time to do and fitness was one of them"
Gary loves cycling, but found it wasn't getting him the results he was after.
A mix of weight based training and repair&restore sessions, Gary says:
"I've turned that corner"
 
 
 
 
 
"And now I'm starting to get where I want to be. I'm an awful lot fitter that what I was" 🙌🏽🙌🏽
 
Most importantly, though, he is no longer sustaining injuries 💪🏼🙏🏼
