Weight Crept On... So Did The Anxiety... MATT'S COMEBACK

As Matt sailed through his 30's, he realised the weight had crept on
 
Being a University lecturer meant that Matt was leading quite a sedentary life...
Matt missed an exercise routine and more importantly missed the power of moving.
 
With an aim to to lose some weight and increase activity in his life....
 
He knew it was time to start wanting and start doing!
 
He tried a traditional gym, where he received little support and found himself demotivated, uninspired and at a loss after just a couple of weeks...

And we know he is going to get there!
