Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 140g Frozen Peas
- 100g Artichokes
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- small handful of Mint leaves
Method
- Tip peas into bowl. Cover with boiling water & leave for 5 mins.
- Drain & tip into food processor. Add all the other ingredients.
- Use pulse control to make a rough puree. Empty into a bowl & chill in fridge for at least 30 mins.
