Cajun Cauliflower Burgers

Cajun Cauliflower Burgers.jpegShopping & Ingredients List:

  • 1 chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Cauliflower grated
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 100g Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Spice
  • 1 tsp crushed Garlic
  • Bunch of torn Basil
  • Bunch of torn Parsley

Method

  1. Cut sweet potato into 3 pieces & microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel & place flesh in food processor.
  3. Add all the other ingredients & blend until there are no chunky pieces of veg.
  4. Form dough into 10 burgers & place on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes on a medium heat.

Carbs = 6.5g
Fat = 7.1g
Energy = 108.3Kcal
