Eating Badly on Weekends
In today’s video, I’m going to give you the third top way that you can put on body fat. So, a lot of people, they eat well, Monday through Friday till about 4:00 PM. And then what they do is they eat whatever they want. Bad choices. And it’s not even whatever they want. They eat bad choices because they feel I’ve been so good, they may actually consciously eat badly, Friday from 4:00 PM all the way through to Sunday at 10 PM. So that’s basically what? Two-and-a-half days of bad food choices, bad eating of food that they know is going to put on body fat. And they think that because they’ve eaten well for the week, or not even the week. So it is about four days that they are still going to lose weight. And unfortunately, you will do a great deal of damage in those days and hinder all the work that you’ve done in the week. I can do this from experience because no matter what level you’re at – so, obviously, I’ve been eating healthy for a long, long time, for my whole life. And I still have occasionally gone the way of eating badly on Saturday and badly on Sunday, thinking that it’s not going to affect me, and it really, really, really, really does.

Eating Badly Will Make You Feel Bad As Well
So what I’ll suggest is you save for the time for a bad meal. Make it more of an occasion. Don’t just think that – because realistically, if you’re eating bad food all the time, you’ll get bored of it and you don’t feel very good anyway. I was actually listening to a lady the other day. She doesn’t come to our centers, but I
was just overhearing her talk about how she’s been eating healthily and well, how we’d actually asked her to. And then she ate a bad meal and she felt terrible the next day. She actually said – her words were, “I obviously felt like that all the time before, but I just didn’t realize it because that’s how I felt all the time.”

Save Up That Bad Meal for an Occasion
So, I suggest you really save that meal up if you need it till a Sunday evening or a Saturday evening. The point is, once you’ve eaten that bad food, you need to get straight back into eating well the next day. And if you reduce the number of days that you eat badly, you’re going to find that your results are going to
keep coming and you’re going to keep improving. Otherwise, if you want to put on weight, eat badly from Friday evening through to Sunday evening and you’ll gradually put on weight.
