Just a little while ago, I did a video on the Special K Diet and it had a massive response....And so today, I thought I’d delve into the snack bar debate.

Society nowadays is always looking for the easy route… Whether its the latest gadget to help you tone your tummy, or the newest diet shake.

Of course the Wiley manufacturers have cottoned on to this and are now making us believe that the snack bars they make will help us lose weight...Easily. But whats the real truth??

In this video, you will learn:

  • Manufacturers are now making snack bars which they claim will make you lose weight
  • Snack bars actually contain 2 to 3 teaspoons of sugar per bar
  • You’ll feel good for 30 minutes after eating a snack bar then crash energy-wise afterwards
  • A better option are coconut flakes or make your own genuinely healthy snack bar

Hi! This is Mark from TheDVCC.com, the place to be to lose fat and increase your muscle tone. Just a while ago, I did a video on the Special K Diet and it got a massive response. And so today, I thought I’d delve into the snack bar debate.

So, it seems we all want the easy route, whether it’s thinking about standing on a vibrating plate for three minutes is going to give you a great body to wanting to eat bars to lose weight. Pretty much, manufacturers have caught on to this and are now specifically making healthy snack bars that will help us lose weight. But will they actually do so?

What type of bars am I talking about? Well, we’ve all been rushing around and felt hungry and needed a quick snack, and these health bars seem to be a good option on the face of it, anyway. So let’s have a look what’s actually inside them. This is a Nakd bar and this is an Eat Natural bar.

So, this Eat Natural bar has got two teaspoons of sugar. So there’s one. That’s 10 grams per bar. The Special K bar has two teaspoons as well. And the Nakd bar has actually got three teaspoons. So it’s pretty much not naked. It’s got three teaspoons of sugar. That’s one, two and three.

So if you want to feel good for about 30 minutes, have one of these bars. And then be sure to be able to find somewhere to sleep because you’re going to crash, energy-wise, straight after that. So you’re going to be sleeping in about 30 minutes after eating one of these.

Now, some better options are coconut flakes or you could simply make this recipe that should be showing up here on my left. I’ll leave you to note it all down. Make sure you try and cook a batch and you can freeze or refrigerate them, and then simply take them whenever you know you’re going to be out and about.

As always, the best discussions happen over at TheDVCC.com. So go there now and leave a comment. Did you like this video? If so, subscribe and share it with your friends.
