Why You Should Eat Protein For Breakfast [100 Words]

In fact we will be jumping around with happiness if we make them our regular breaky according to the slick ads, however I don't think any of us believe it though!

However there are still a sizeable number of us that don't know any better (its not your fault!).

Here are the reasons your days should start with protein NOT refined sugars.

Protein is beneficial in a number of different ways, particularly at breakfast.

Number One: It will help stabilize your blood sugar for the rest of the day. The more stable blood sugar you have the better. You are less likely to crave sugar, will have more energy and generally will be a happier person to be around!

Number Two: It helps your body to detoxify. Protein and Amino Acids are very important in the detoxification process. This is why some "juice detoxes" that mean you have no protein in your diets are counter-intuitive.

Number Three: It will help with muscle repair. It is vitally important that you repair the tissues of your body after exercise, and you require Amino Acids and Protein to actually do this.
