Why Eating Low Carb Is The Best Way To Eat For Fast, Healthy And Sustainable Fat Loss

Fat and protein are proven to take longer to digest and therefore will keep you feeling fuller for longer. Carbs have been shown to send signals to the brain prompting you to feel hungry again, even though you only just ate 30 minutes ago; this leads to craving more sugary foods and a higher amount of calories consumed throughout the day.

If you currently have cereal for breakfast, swap it for eggs and bacon for a week. You will be amazed at the length of time that passes before you feel hungry again. No longer will you feel sluggish at 11 o'clock and feel like you need a sugary snack to elevate your energy levels.

By lowering the amount of refined sugar and refined carbs which were listed above, you will improve your health. By lowering the amount of sugar your body has to deal with, it lowers the chance of diabetes.

Your body will become more efficient at dealing with sugar, should you ever consume some, and you will also become more sensitive to insulin, meaning less is released to deal with the sugar that enters your bloodstream.
