1. Fat Loss Truth You Can't Out-Train A Bad "Diet"

You have probably heard this before? The unfortunate truth is that you simply cannot expect to be able to eat whatever you want, exercise and smoothly and easily achieve the goals that you want to achieve.

If you want to lose weight and increase your muscle tone you need to combine exercise with good nutritional habits. Notice I said habits NOT diets.
