The 2nd Body Weight Workout for The No Christmas Weight Gain Solution

Hi! This is Stephen and Mark from the DVCC. Today, I’m going to just demonstrate the second body weight workout for the no Christmas weight gain solution.

So I’m going to get Mark to do all the exercises where just to remind you, we’re doing 10 repetitions for each exercise and we’re going back-to-back which means there’s no break between exercises.

So, we’re going to start off with squat jumps. So Mark is going to go jumping up and down, soft landing, making sure that he bends with the knees and he’s going as high as he can and landing really, really soft. So he’s going to do 10 repetitions.

He’s then going to down straight into a burpee and he’s going to do 10 burpees. So up and down, stand up and back down. This will be done fast but Mark has got a bad shoulder again so he can’t work too fast.

He’s then going to go into reverse a crunch which is lying on his back. He’s going to put his feet up in the air, so get the angle there. So his legs up there and he’s going to come up into a reverse crunch. That’s it. So you’re going to do 10 repetitions. You’re going to try and raise your feet about four inches up higher in the air, okay? So you’re going to do 10 repetitions.

You’re then going to stand straight back up and he’s going to go into 10 quick squats, body weight squats, up and down really fast, 10, 9 – that’s it. That’s the speed you want to be working at. And will rest there.

So you’re going to do each exercise back-to-back. You’re going to then rest 90 seconds and you’re going to repeat that five times.

So this, like the first body weight workout, is really tough when done correctly. So as long you’re working super, super hard on every single exercise, you’re going to find that you’re feeling really quite tired at the end of the workout.

And this will mean that you’ll fall slightly to store body fat from any alcohol or bad foods that you have. So it’s a great workout to do on the day that you know you’re either going out for a party or you’re going to be eating a lot of gluttonous food.
