Michaela has had quite the fitness journey. Where she used to take part in a lot of triathlons and long distance swimming.
Once she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, that all came to an abrupt halt.
Pretty soon depression and anxiety set in and Michaela found herself putting on around 6 stone.
This year, she decided enough was enough and she was ready to get her life back. In the past 3 months alone, Michaela has already managed to lose over 10kilograms and is returning to a sustainable fitness routine that works for her.
A routine where she is able to work at her own pace and is supported every step of the way.
“I don’t feel limited by what my body can and can’t do!”
With every bit of progress, Michaela’s confidence is continuing to skyrocket and she is enjoying pushing herself more and more.
