Like many of us, Clive’s lockdown resulted in a little extra weight being gained.

Pretty soon, he realised that none of his regular clothes fitted anymore and in just a few months he was looking in the mirror and left thinking…“Who’s he?”

“It was both a shock and revelation!”

 

Instead of letting it get him down, Clive decided he was ready to make a change!

Of course he had his reservations and was a little apprehensive to step in to a new environment.

…But fast forward 3 months and Clive has become a key part of the community and is continuing to achieve amazing results!
