“Three years ago, it isn’t something I would have even thought about!” - Kevind's Journey At The DVCC

Three years ago, exercise was not a part of Kevind’s life. Balancing work, family and his general day to day, he found it difficult to fit exercise in around his daily living.

Working in the health industry, he was aware of the importance of staying active and was ready to start seeing the changes that he was looking for…He had tried normal gyms, but there was no accountability to keep him coming back.

But Kevind didn’t give up and signed himself up for the 30 day trial.

That was over 3 years ago!

Within his first 8 months alone, Kevind saw an 11 kilo weight loss (over 24lbs!) and since then he has taken up a whole host of other activities that are allowing him to progress further towards his goals.

A year after Kevind began training, he took up kickboxing with his family and is now just 1 belt away from receiving his black belt! He is also now a frequent participant in tough mudder runs and can often be found completing 10km runs with no problems at all!

Exercise has become an integral part of Kevind’s week. The structure to his training routine allows him to stay accountable and always progressing towards his next goal, whilst also allowing him to balance his time to spend with his family.
