How To Make Healthy Ice Lollies

Summer is here! Well it may not seem like it is with all the rain, but I am reliably informed we are due an extremely hot summer…and with hot weather what usually follows?

ICE CREAMS!

Yep I don’t know if its just a British thing but ice creams always seem to be the staple food for us all on a hot day…Obviously this is usually followed with guilt as you realize having these most weekends is not going to help your weight loss efforts!

Fear not!

Below I have outlined a healthy recipe for some lovely fruit ice lollies, EVEN your children will love.

We will be bringing these and many more recipes to Northampton Personal Training when DVCC Northampton opens.

Step 1

fruit_for_lollies 

Chop strawberries/blueberries/anything you’ve got

 

Step 2

 elderflower

Add sparkling elder flower, or elder flower cordial and water or juice (if being naughty)

 

Step 3

ice lollies for bedford clients

Freeze and consume
