How can I get rid of my beer belly?

Not only that but beer and alcohol in general impacts your sleep, meaning you’ll be having fewer hours of REM sleep and causing your stress levels to spike.

3) Know your limits

We are not saying don't drink at all, it is a good thing to relax every now and again.

However if you want to shrink your beer belly, look for some healthier alternatives. Red wine for example is a healthier solution as it also contain resveratrol, a chemical which helps lower your cholesterol and will help stop your beer belly from growing any more.
