4 MINUTE HOME WORKOUT ROUTINE

Are you worried about how all of the festive fun that you’re having might be affecting your body and weight?

Well no need to worry! With the help of this quick and straight forward home workout, you will be shredding those calories in no time! 😁

We call this a Tabata workout, meaning that you spend 20 seconds working then 10 seconds resting, then 20 seconds working, 10 seconds resting and so on… For 4 minutes. 

There are just 2 exercises to this workout, so you won’t forget what to do next!

1) BURPEES:

Burpees are an incredible. Working almost every muscle in your body and are a highly efficient way to quickly burn calories, the common burpee can be easily overlooked as a great addition to any workout. Some even believe that doing 20 burpees is the equivalent of doing more than 20 air squats, 20 push-ups and 20 jumping jacks!

Here’s what to do:

 

 

Keep doing these for 20 seconds, then take a 10 second break.

2) MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

Again, work for 20 seconds, then take a 10 second break. Once you’ve completed this, repeat the entire thing 4 times. Then take a 30 second break, and keep repeating for as long as you would like to!
