Hi! This is Mark from TheDVCC.com In today’s video, I want to ask you a question.

Should You Stop Exercising?

So, what do you think you should do if you come under a physical or an emotional kind of bump in the road? If something happens to someone close to you or something happens to you, in fact. Should you stop exercising completely, stop doing what has been making you confident and making you feel good, or should you continue fitting that into your lifestyle so it enables you to support those that need you?

Being in an Emotional State and Stopping Exercise

Because you’re probably not in the emotional state. You’ll agree with me that you should continue exercising and continue doing things that give you confidence. Now, it’s very easy to say now that you’re not in that emotional state. But when it does come along – and a lot of people, they kind of automatically stop. They feel guilty for spending time on themselves, even though by spending time on themselves, that actually, it helps to benefit the people they are supporting.

Just Keep Going

So, now that you know that that’s what you should be doing because you’re making that decision in a non-emotional state, be sure to remember it when something does come along, when something does get in the way from exercise or from eating well. Remember how you feel and the decision you just made when you’re not emotional or when you’re out of that situation and try to remember it when something does come along and really keep going with your exercise, with your nutrition, because you know that that’s actually only going to benefit the people that you’re going to support and help. Alright. So I’d like to hear your comments.
