Hi! This is Mark from TheDVCC.com. Today, I’m going to be talking about Angelina Jolie’s double mastectomy.

So it’s been in the news a lot, Angelina Jolie decided to have a double mastectomy, which is great that it’s in the news and it’s great that she decided to take the action because she’s identified that she is genetically more likely to get breast cancer.

Reduce Cancer Risk with 13 servings of Fruits and Vegetables

Now, it reminded me of the latest research that shows that you want to be having 13 servings of vegetables and fruits a day to reduce your risk of all the types of cancers. Now, it’s fairly hard sometimes to have that many vegetables and fruits, so you can supplement with greens drinks that you can get from most health food stores.

Eat Plenty of Green, Leafy Vegetables on a Daily Basis

But you really want to be making concerted effort to be having as many green, leafy vegetables in the day as you can. So that’s kale, cabbage and the like, and you want to be having these in pretty much every single meal that you have and it should be forming a large portion of the plate.
