What’s your name? How old are you?

I’m Adam Hadley and I’m 41.

How long ago did you join?

Middle of July of last year so 6 months ago.

Why did you join?

It was a present from my wife to come and do a months free trial.

What did you do before DVCC for fitness and why is DVCC different?

Before the DVCC I ate and didn't do any exercise, now I eat and do exercise!

How do you feel since joining DVCC? How have you changed?

I'm completely different. Much more alert, much more with it during the day, I sleep a lot better and I generally feel much healthier and fitter.

What has been your happiest moment on your fitness journey at the DVCC?

Smashing 500m on the rowing machine in 2 minutes in team training!

Why would you recommend DVCC?

I just think the way that it's done is really motivational and they go with you and they get you to do it the right way. So it's just a really good way of keeping fit, losing weight and feeling healthy.

Do you feel intimidated by normal gyms?

The big box impersonal gyms leave you feeling awkward, and lacking motivation to lose weight and get fit.

The Training Gyms is for men and women who want to lose weight, get fit but don't want to do it in a normal big box gym.

We know it's important. We just don't know where to start.
