Karen Shares Her Experience with The DVCC

Hi, My names Karen and I joined the DVCC over a year ago and to be honest I have never looked back.

I am a average nutty person who lives life I have a partner, we both work full time so our day starts at 5.30am. I leave for work at 6.30am. My job is demanding like most I do not sit at my desk much I look after roughly 130 people in the office and 40ish homeworkers so they keep me busy.

I am lifting boxes running round. Answering phone calls, having meetings and giving presentations. It does not stop.

I go to the DVCC at least 4 times a week not because I have to more because I want to,you make so may friends who encourage you and along the way you have a good laugh. The instructors are amazing with how they manage to get so much out of you even when you do not feel like it.

By doing the above it means that I can play at the weekends and I can go out for that cheeky meal and of cause that glass of wine or 2..

Yes its tiring and yes exhausting but as I stand at the moment it is my life.

Do you feel intimidated by normal gyms?

The big box impersonal gyms leave you feeling awkward, and lacking motivation to lose weight and get fit.

The Training Gyms is for men and women who want to lose weight, get fit but don't want to do it in a normal big box gym.

We know it's important. We just don't know where to start.
