How To Decrease Pain In Your Shoulders

Exercise

Milton-Keynes-Bootcamp-How-To-Decrease-Pain-in-Your-Shoulders-0-2

Shoulder pain is becoming more and more prevalent in todays society, due to the fact we are working harder and exercising less.

In the below video we show you how you can strengthen the small muscles that help support your shoulder joint, to help you reduce and often eliminate your shoulder pain.

The "End Range Paritial"

Often times the biggest reason people get shoulder pain is due to weaknesses in their supporting muscles, such as those around the scapula. Muscles such as the lower trapezius, mid trapezius and upper trapezius, and also external rotators are vital for the correct function of your shoulder.

Check out how you should position the arm during this exercise. As you are putting your shoulder in a "weak" position you will find that when you first do it you won't even need to add resistance.

There are different combinations of repetitions and tempos that this exercise can be done, and we outline two progressions in the video.

As always if you would like any further help please don't hesitate to contact us.
