timhtIf you're looking to tone your tummy in time for Christmas, Deadbugs are your answer! 😁

Deadbugs are one of the easiest and most effective exercises that can be done absolutely anywhere in order to quickly strengthen your core muscles.

Here’s how to do them:

💪🏻Lay flat on your back, with your knees up at 90 degrees and hands pointing up towards the ceiling.
💪🏻Move your right arm back over your head, extending your opposite left leg straight as you do.
💪🏻Slowly come back up to the starting position.
💪🏻Repeat with the opposite arm and leg.

 

Deadbugs are an ideal way to start your day and will help getting those core muscles nicely toned up!
