Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Center. In today’s video, I’m going to give you a quick tip that you can use straight away that’s going to be stabilizing your blood sugar and actually help you reduce your body fat.

Start Your Day with Coconut Oil

So, simply start the day with a warm glass of water and a heaped teaspoon of coconut oil. You just simply melt the coconut oil in the water and drink it at the beginning of the day before you eat any food.

Benefits of Drinking Coconut Oil
This is going to stabilize your blood sugar and keep your energy levels stable throughout the whole of the day. You can start with one teaspoon and then work up to two teaspoons every morning before you
eat any food.

Cooking with Coconut Oil
Now you can also cook with the coconut oil, and this is going to give you the essential healthy fats that you need to stabilize your blood sugar, but also to produce all the hormones that you need for fat loss and for general health.
