After having a mini stroke a few years ago, Diane was shocked that she had such high blood pressure! She decided that it was time to start introducing exercise into her routine as she didn't want to age prematurely...

...But very quickly she was left with the same question that a lot of our clients first have: 
"What can I do and where can I go?"

 Diane has quite the history of spectacular accidents, from trashing a car and injuring her neck to then going on to break her neck when she fell off of a horse!

Such injuries left her feeling worried about how exercise may impact her body...Which is why she reached out to The DVCC!

When she visited us, we helped create a personalised and adaptable plan which worked around her needs, allowing her to still get involved, but at her own pace, feeling safe and supported at all times!

Now she has made an entirely new group of friends and found a real sense of belonging amongst The DVCC's fantastic community!
