Graham had the exact same problem! He hated the experience of going to the gym, joining a big box gym TWICE and then not going back after his first induction! 

...Then he trialled The DVCC!

Since then, Graham has shifted his weight, toned up and is constantly surrounded by like-minded individuals who want to see him succeed! 

  

 “My name’s Graham, two years a go I weighted 17 stone 8 pound. Nothing would go, it was only when we went on holiday, we took the whole family, and whenever I see this particular picture I just think “Wow… Fat man…”

I had joined 2 gyms, I carried on paying for 6 months. I only did an induction, both gyms, just did an induction and never went back.

Seeing people look at themselves in the mirror isn’t my cup of tea. But here, they’re always helping and when you get tired and you do start to slouch, “Nope, shoulders back, blah, blah, blah” and it’s perfect. Really friendly as well.

You lose weight and have fun doing it, you can’t complain about that. You get fit, lose weight and have a laugh. Total transformation. It really is a total transformation.”
