Hi! This is Mark from TheDVCC.com In today’s video, I’m going to give you one of the main reasons people actually put on weight.

So a lot of people believe that by eating too much fat, that is the reason they put on fat. This is actually incorrect. One of the main reasons or the main reason that people put on weight and put on body fat is because they eat sugar and too much of it.

What happens is when you eat sugar, you produce a lot of insulin, and that’s kind of known as the fat storage hormone. So if you’re constantly eating sugar throughout the day or the days and weekends, you’re going to be producing a lot of this fat storage hormone. And that basically means that you’re much more susceptible to storing whatever you take in as fat.

So that’s one of the main reasons you’re actually going to be putting on weight. So simply reduce the amount of sugar that you’re consuming, and you’ll find that you’re going to have a much better distribution of body fat. And also, by drinking a lot less sugary foods, you’re going to be losing weight as opposed to putting on weight.
