What is semi-private training?

Personal Training, resistance training, DVCC Exercises, Demonstration

 Taking place in small groups and led by a personal trainer, who is on hand at all times, semi-private sessions make sure that you are getting the absolute most out of every single exercise and are progressing towards your goals with every session.

Plenty of other gyms may offer similar small group training services, but the process of a DVCC session is entirely unique and won’t be found anywhere else.

The session:

The structure of every semi-private session is the same at every DVCC you visit. Meaning that no matter which of our gyms you visit, you can be certain that you will be achieving results.

Sessions take place in small groups which average at around 2 clients per session, but MAXIMISES at 4 in each session. Lasting 50 minutes exactly, you can be in and out of the gym within the hour if you wanted to! This is still more than enough to get your body burning fat and building muscle.

Studies have shown that training in these small groups actually improves results because of a community effect and is the same reason why many professional athletes train in small groups. This sense of camaraderie and support from like-minded individuals actually helps improve both your attendance (as you’ll want to be here more!) and also the amount of effort you put into each session!

How is semi-private different to 1:1 training?

It is a common thought that the only way to get results is to be the only person in the session, having a trainer's eyes on them at all times. This is not true and you will find that almost anything that can be achieved in a 1:1 session could also be achieved in a semi-private session.
