If you are looking to completely transform your body, resistance training is VITAL. By putting your body under resistance, you are forcing it to adapt to what YOU want it to do.

Resistance training is one of the only forms of exercise that makes you: Feel stronger, stops you losing muscle, look better naked, have an improved mindset and will keep allowing you to progress in every session!

By incorporating cardiovascular work into your workouts, you'll make sure that your ticker is in tip top shape for later life.

The World Health Organisation have also put out plenty of information on how YOU can beat cardiovascular conditions!

This is also the reason that at The DVCC we implemented the MyZone system into all of our gyms as it allows us to monitor every client's heart rate and to see if they are able to push that little bit more!
