This is a topic that we would like to shed some light on, as we know that there are many people wondering "what are the differences are between a gym and a Transformation Centre?" 

First of all one of main differences you will notice as soon as you step into one of our custom built Transformation Centres is the friendly and welcoming environment. If you have ever been to a commercial gym you will have undoubtedly felt the often unfriendly, competitive, everybody for themselves atmosphere.

 Our Transformation Centres thrive on the positivity of our community, clients and Transformation Experts. Although every client may have different reasons for exercising, different body shapes, different needs and different goals, one thing remains consistent. Every single person at the DVCC wants everyone else to be successful. 

The next thing you will notice will likely be, that there are no mirrors, treadmills, cross trainers or fixed weight resistance machines. 

Do you know the difference between a gym and a transformation centre?

The DVCC is a results based Transformation Centre, custom built for fat loss and muscle gain. Treadmills have their place in a gym, but there is no place for them in a Transformation Centre. Research shows that steady state cardio is largely ineffective for fat loss and gaining muscle, therefore we have no need for them. 

Each time you come to one of our 5 Transformation Centres (Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Hitchin and St Albans) you will be given the full attention of one of our Transformation Experts, who will be there for you throughout the whole of your journey to your goals.  

No longer will you have to turn up to the gym and wonder: what exercises should I do?, have I done enough?, am I doing it correctly? or why do I even bother?

Everything is pre-planned for you, whether its your first time exercising, you have an injury or you have been exercising for years. You will be guided through every single training session and given all the information you need to know about exercise, nutrition and the healthy longterm habits which lead you to your goals.
