After 10 years of regular, consistent, training, Simon has gone through all kinds of stages with his fitness journey.
When training for a marathon a few years back, Simon damaged his knees and was unable to continue. Instead of stopping his training altogether, we helped create a personalised plan that worked around his needs and kept him being able to train regularly.
Personal training allowed Simon to focus on his recovery, conditioning his body, and strengthening the areas that were not getting developed through his running.
Even when seeing his physiotherapist, Simon was surprised to find out that he was already doing a number of the recommended exercises and stretches during his DVCC sessions!
