She wanted to get her adventurous self back and reignite her old passions. 🌎

That’s when she made the decision to start working on her physical and mental health. By focusing on herself for just 50 minutes, a few times a week, Sarah now has a time where she can switch off from the outside world and completely rediscover HERSELF, allowing her to find her lust for life again and begin enjoying the things she loves the most again. ❤️
