Real World Weight Loss Tips From DVCC Client Rachel...All You Need To Do Is Copy Her

RachelJosh:   Hi, this is Josh from the DVCC and I’m sitting with Rachel Trengrove, who has not been training with the DVCC for very long but, in the first about 5 weeks of training with us, has managed to *lose over a *stone of body fat so she has had fantastic results.

So, I just want to get Rachel’s top 3 tips as to why she’s had such good results. So Rachel, what is your first tip for *losing body fat?

Rachel: It’s got to be training 3 or more times a week, as and when I can.

Josh:   I know you have a busy schedule; you play netball as well – so how do you fit in all of your sessions?

Rachel: Making sure that I’m prepared; I take my gym stuff to work if I need to get changed there and come straight here; or even rearranging stuff with friends just to a bit later, so I can get here first.

Josh: Awesome – and what would be your second tip?

Rachel: Drinking lots of water.

Josh: Ok, so how do you do that and do you find it hard to cut out other drinks; what is it you eliminate?

Rachel: Stop drinking fizzy drinks and squash, unless I’m out at a restaurant, in which case it’s a bit of a treat. I just drink water with ice in it, tastes a bit nicer, maybe add a bit of lemon and lime.

Josh: Good, good. And how do you make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day?

Rachel: I usually buy a litre bottle that I fill up and bring at least one here so that I know I’m definitely drinking a litre here; and I will sit with a litre bottle in the evenings, but rather than drinking it out of a glass, I will drink it out of the bottle with a measurement on it.

Josh: Ok, good tip. And your last tip for me please?

Rachel: My last tip is preparing food the night before; so rather than just trying to wing it on the day and thinking I’ll go and grab something from the shop, it’s preparing a salad the night before, which takes literally two minutes. And so I know it’s there and ready and done for the next day.
