Timings And Structure!




The foundation of any habit is having a regular structure!

By keeping your exercise routine to certain times and structures each week, it’s far more simple to embed them into your weekly routine! 

For example, do you prefer to train before work? Pick one or two days a week and make those your training days!

By making that commitment to yourself and putting it in the diary, you are far more likely to make it over to the gym and keep your training consistent! In the same way that you head to work, or wake up, or eat dinner at a certain time each day, you do the same for the gym! 



Sure, sometimes things do sometimes get in the way and that is not a problem! Don’t beat yourself up about it, or punish yourself! Just try to get down whenever you can and keep to your schedule as much as you can!

Most of us love a drink and a good socialise!

Those moments where you are enjoying the company of your nearest and dearest are what life is all about!

 So instead of saying to yourself “I can’t enjoy anything”…You still can!

It’s just all about moderation, if you’ve got a busy social week ahead and find yourself eating out or on the town more frequently that you usually do, just find a bit of moderation by planning your meals, looking at the menus and see what options are going to benefit your results the most!



The same goes for drinking, there’s nothing wrong with a glass or two of wine with a meal, just try not to make it every day! Perhaps swap one of those glasses out for a water instead. It’s all about finding that balance that works for you and sticking with it!
