Our member Pavlinder, is a busy lady working in healthcare...
 
She had tried many 'normal gyms' before, but nothing ever really stuck or fit into her routine.
 
The ability to book in to a time and day that works for her, and then receive 1:1 support every time she comes in, really helped her sky rocket towards her goals.

Pavlinder, was in our Virtual Gym during lockdown and has already reached her first goal of losing a stone.... 🎉
