6 large Eggs, beaten

1 tbsp Cranberry Sauce

Method
1. Place a medium non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add a little oil. Pour in a small ladle of beaten egg.
Cook for 30-60 seconds, then flip the omelette & cook for a further 30-60 seconds.
2. Set the omelette aside & repeat cooking 5 more omelettes.
3. Assemble the remaining ingredients into each omelette & roll up.
