How Nick managed to lose 4 and a half stone!

Do you find that your joints are aching more and more as life goes on? Or that day to day tasks seem to leave you more and more out of breath?

This is Nick's story...

Nick was the same. He found that simply walking up and down the stairs, or taking the dog out were leaving him progressively more and more out of breath…He decided it was time for things to change.

After not being in a gym for over 20 years, Nick was worried about where he was going to fit in, whether or not he was going to be able to keep up and if he would be able to perform certain exercises. Thanks to the expert training team, we were able to adapt every session to suit his ability, challenging him every time whilst keeping each workout safe and enjoyable.
 
…Within just 6 months, Nick was able to lose over 4 and a half stone!
 
Two years on, Nick is still training continuously, pushing towards his new goals and has become a part of a likeminded, non-judgemental community.
