How to lose weight WITHOUT hitting the gym!

HOW TO START LOSING WEIGHT WITHOUT THE WORRY OF JOINING A GYM!

Gyms can be tough, not just physically but mentally. Especially if it’s your first time in a while… or EVER!

But don’t let that stop you from beginning to lose the weight you so desperately want rid of.

Tip 1:

Walk 20% more. Most phones and smart watches can measure your steps in a day. Whatever you’re doing, do 20% more. If you’re doing 10,000, do 12,000. If you’re doing 8000, do 9600. The increase in activity goes a LONG way to burning more calories.

Tip 2:

No food after 8pm. This is presuming you’ve had dinner by this time. The fact is, after dinner it’s pretty unlikely you’re going to eat anything beneficial to your health, quite the opposite. You’ve eaten all your meals, your body is well fuelled and although you may feel tired and a bit peckish, you’re body does not need the calories. Trust us. It’s a simple tip but it stops the late night snacks!

Tip 3:

Focus on one habit at a time. This is a bit more general, but sound advice nevertheless. Stop trying to a) be perfect and b) do it all at once! Home in one habit you know needs some improvement e.g. late night snacking as we just spoke about. Nail that first. Don’t even worry about everything else until that improved habit is, well… habit!
