How Linda has managed to keep the weight off FOR GOOD!

“I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t think it was safe!”

Linda had tried all of the diets. She’d even seen results, but did they ever last?

Just as many of us will have experienced, she would hit the weight she wanted but it would slowly creep up again…the reason?

It wasn’t sustainable!


That was until a friend of hers recommended integrating great nutrition with a real exercise programme!

With the help of a personal trainer and also her very own nutrition coach, Linda has not only lost the weight she was looking for…but been able to keep it off for over a year!

Thanks to the amazing community at DVCC, Linda is meeting new faces all the time during her sessions, all in a clean, safe and fun environment, so that by the end of her sessions they’re all having a laugh together!
