Lacking the energy to start achieving your goals? TRY THIS!

We all know it can be incredibly difficult to get into an exercise routine and after a long day at work, sometimes the last thing you might want to do is head to down to the gym and work out...

...However that doesn't need to be the case! Here are 3 EASILY ACTIONABLE TIPS that you can start doing today that will improve your energy and get you on track to achieving your goals!

We're going to break this down into 3 different week plans. Each week, all you need to do is introduce one of these habits into your routine, you don't need to take anything away from your regular daily routine.

WEEK 1: Drink a pint of water with lime and a pinch of sea salt first thing in the morning every day. That's all! 

At the end of week one, once you've comfortably added your morning pint to your routine, introduce week 2 into your schedule...

WEEK 2: Eat a protein and healthy fat breakfast

WEEK 3: Get 8 hours of sleep a night

By week 3, you should be beginning to feel the benefits of your new routine, staying hydrated and starting your day with a healthy breakfast.

The final addition to feeling more energised is simply to make sure that you get at LEAST 8 hours of sleep every night. Whether that means you need to move the time you go to sleep or adjust your wake up clock, do whatever you can to make sure you get the most out of your dream time!

It's as easy as that! Once you introduce all of these habits into your daily routine, you will be well on your way to feeling great and ready to take on the day ahead!
