  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • bunch of fresh Sage chopped
  • Oil for brushing

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Divide into 8 balls and roll between hands to make ovals.
  3. Thread onto 4 skewers & brush with oil.
  4. Cook on barbeque or under a grill for 3-4 mins each side.
