In 2012, our member Jo had Breast Cancer..
 
After undergoing the aggressive treatment and battling through...
 
She then found out she had osteoporosis, which was a huge blow and meant that she lost a lot of strength.
 
"I need to do something to ward off... to strengthen my bones and to make me healthy"
 
 

 

 
 
After these life-changing events in Jo's life, she realised she had always dipped in and out of exercise and trying new diets...
 
Jo knew that this time had to be different.
 
With all her strength, Jo mustered up the courage to try something new...
 
She came to us, did her trial and hasn't looked back... 😊
