John, 80yrs & Stronger Than Ever

80 years old, nothing is stopping John from his fitness goals 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♂️
 
This is his INCREDIBLE story...
 
"I just wanted to get fitter.
 
Mobility was a huge thing for me. And it's really worked.
 
I went to London for a Christmas Lunch and when I've been before, I've had to get mobility assistance, from the railway station to the taxi rank.
 
 
November I went, I walked the whole distance!!!
 
And... coming back I walked it too!
 
They started working me on my knees, with squats, and on my leg muscles.
I started off with a pole, then I progressed that, to doing it without a pole.. and now, I'm actually doing it with weights as well!!
 
I can actually go shopping now.
 
One of the things about coming here, is that you build up a relationship with people and the instructors.
The trainers are good, they adjust it for you."
