How Jenny Dropped 10 and a Half Stone and Changed Her Life

“I always thought there was a fit person inside trying to climb out!”

Jenny had fallen into a rather sedentary lifestyle and pretty soon found herself piling on weight.

Ready to change her lifestyle, she managed to drop an incredible 10 and a half stone through a combination of fitness nutrition and lifestyle changes!☺️💪🏼

Last year though, Jenny faced a foot operation and soon found herself back in that sedentary lifestyle…

…But refusing to put the weight she had worked so hard to lose back on, she decided she was ready for a new challenge.

Somewhere that she felt supported and cared for and somewhere that would give her the strength she was looking for!😊

Since then, Jenny has continued to see some amazing results and is continuing to progress towards her goals with every single session she does.🙌🏼

That’s when we decided to set Jenny a challenge…To deadlift the 10 and a half stone she had been carrying around for years!

At first she thought it was a joke, but after lifting it and realising how far she had come, Jenny was gobsmacked and left with an immense sense of pride!😄😄
