How to Sleep Soundly Through the Night
Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre. In today’s video, I’m going to give you a quick tip that should help you get to sleep and stay asleep soundly for the whole night.

Take Magnesium to Combat Stress
Now a lot of people struggle to get to sleep, and this is due to the fact that they are producing too much Cortisol in the evening. That’s too much or the stressful amount of Cortisol. So, what they can do is simply take a supplement called “Magnesium” that will actually decrease your Cortisol and have you
sleeping soundly throughout the night.

De-stress and Be Refreshed
You also want to be doing a lot of things that de-stress you and wind you down, ready for the evening. So you shouldn’t be drinking caffeine or green teas past – well four o’ clock really because you don’t want to be too stimulated for bed. So you just want to be relaxing, rejuvenating and getting ready to sleep in the evening.
