How to find the time to exercise!

It can be incredibly difficult to find the time to exercise, whether it be work or home that gets in the way, life always tend to put up a barrier.

Paul Quinton, 52, is a police officer and frequently finds himself working extreme hours... from 8AM-3AM in some cases!

Leading such a frantic lifestyle means that, like many, Paul found himself too tired to exercise. That was, until he joined The DVCC!

With a little help from the training team and the wonderful DVCC community, Paul leaves every session with a smile and feeling better than he did when he first walked through the door.

Paul is a real inspiration and proves that no matter what the day throws at you, with a bit of encouragement, you can achieve anything!
