How To: Bent Over Row

Looking to help strengthen your back and shoulders after sitting down all day at work? Enter Bent Over Rows! 👍🏻

This is the perfect exercise for anyone looking to work their upper or middle back as well as your shoulders and arms. 👌🏻

Here’s how to do them!

💪🏻Pick up the bar in a supinated grip (hands underneath the bar)
💪🏻Push your bottom back and a soft bend in the knee
💪🏻Pull your elbows back in towards your belly button, squeezing your shoulder blades the entire time.
💪🏻Bring the bar slowly down at a controlled speed
💪🏻Repeat for as many repetitions as you need.
