Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre. I’m going to give you another quick tip that you can use to stabilize your blood sugar and have you losing weight.

Cinnamon Stabilizes Your Blood Sugar and Makes You Lose Weight
So, what you want to do is you want to be cooking with cinnamon, putting it on all the foods that you are able. You can hide it in your food if you don’t want the taste, but for things like oats, you can simply sprinkle it on the top and it’s very, very nice. It’s going to increase your insulin sensitivity and stabilize your blood sugar.

Coconut Oil in Coffee Stabilizes Blood Sugar Levels
You also can be putting coconut oil in your coffee as well. I forgot to mention in another video, but you can simply put a teaspoon of coconut oil in your coffee and that’s going to have you stabilize your blood sugar also. So, simply sprinkle cinnamon on your food and you’ll find that without doing anything really different, you’re going to be losing body fat and feeling a lot, lot better.
